Philip joined ASI in 2014 to develop and implement the company’s growth strategy. Before joining ASI Philip had Chief Executive roles at May Gurney Integrated Services plc, a highways, rail and utilities construction and engineering maintenance services business for 5 years and Accord plc also for 5 years which specialised in highways maintenance and small project construction on the strategic motorway and local road network. Philip’s initial career started in manufacturing and industrial engineering before moving to Cleanaway an environmental services and waste treatment business.
Andrew joined the company in April 2007, becoming Finance Director in 2014. Andrew had previously worked in the retail and leisure industry with such names as Whitbread and Argos, and in the logistics industry as part of ICL/Fujitsu. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is responsible for Finance, Supply Chain, and the back office functions.
Paul joined the company in January 2011 as Technical Director. Paul has worked within the Asphalt Construction and Bitumen industry for the past 27 years in the areas of Research & Product Development, including Mobil Oil, Nynas UK and Colas within the bitumen industry, Tarmac and Eurovia for the Asphalt Construction Industry, before joining ASI. A Member of the Chartered Institute of Highways & Transportation
Magdalena joined the company in March 2016, bringing 16 years of experience in bitumen modification within the paving and roofing industry. Previously she worked for leading manufactures of high shear mixing equipment, BWS Technologie GmbH and polymers at Kraton Polymers, gaining experience in various roles, covering both technical and commercial responsibilities in management and leading positions.
Neil joined the company in February 2014, having previously been with Tarmac for 23 years in Senior Technical Management roles within the Product Development, Asphalt, Aggregates, Contracting and Recycling businesses. His field of expertise is in cost effective Pavement Engineering, Construction and Maintenance. Neil is Chair of the RSTA Preservation group and brings his wide knowledge and experience of providing client solutions to this evolving sector of the industry.
Craig has joined the company in April 2016 bringing 30 years experience in the Asphalt and Road Construction Industry. His roles at Tarmac and Aggregate Industries have included both Technical and Commercial management, creating bespoke solutions to maximise customer and client value.
Hew re-joined the company in November 2016 to drive the business growth in the area of Greater China. He holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and has 7 years of experience within the Road and Asphalt products Industry.
Jorge joined the company in February 2014, bringing 20 years of experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations. Previously he worked in Engineering Consulting, Civil Construction and Environment at companies such as GSC-Teixeira Duarte, TORMAX, G&R and EGMASA. Jorge is a member of the FIDIC, (International Federation of Consulting Engineers).
Phil joined the company in August 2015, having previously worked for Tarmac for 25 years as a Senior Technical Manager for their Asphalt, Aggregates and Contracting businesses. His field of expertise is in Pavement Design, Construction and Maintenance. Phil is a committee member of the Institute of Asphalt Technology and assists clients in exploring innovative asphalt pavement maintenance solutions.
Steve joined the company in 2001 working in small gangs with the Rhinopatch system. After a number of years contracting with the Rhinopatch and RHINOPHALT® operations Steve was appointed to senior trainer, training local authorities and private contractors. Other duties include site inspections, pre-application testing and supervising RHiNOPHALT® contracts.
Sunni joined the company in August 2013, bringing experience from various Technical and Product Development roles at Tarmac where he joined as a Graduate. Sunni has 10 years’ experience covering Road Preservation, Asphalt Manufacture, Pavement Design, UK asphalt mix-designs, Quality Assurance/Auditing, ISO 9001, Product Development, PMB manufacture, polymer modification of bitumen and Health and Safety.
Jane joined the company in 2014, bringing over 25 years’ experience working with diverse SMEs at both domestic and global levels. A Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians, experience includes financial analysis, business planning, cashflow forecasting and change management.
Debbie joined ASI Solutions in 2009 on a temporary 6 month contract which then lead to a full time positon. Having previously worked for Leica Geosystems and British & Foreign fur in the retail industry. Debbie is responsible for logistics, office admin & PA in Milton Keynes Head Office.
